Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and revenue growth.
- Track and report on business development activities, leads, and sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Attend meetings, webinars, and networking events to represent the company professionally.
- Proficiency in linkedin marketing, Google and Meta Ads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum [0-2] experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven, with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in linkedin marketing, Google and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
